These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.nextdenim.store and any purchase made through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who We Are

www.nextdenim.store is owned and operated by Bhagirath Kumar, trading as NextDenim. Bhagirath Kumar is the proprietor of NextDenim. References to “we”, “us”, or “NextDenim” throughout these Terms and our other policies refer to this business.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example if a product is out of stock after purchase, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order before it ships, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on the site are in the displayed currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at the time your order is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery timelines are: United Kingdom — 6 to 8 business days; United States — 10 to 12 business days; all other countries — 10 to 15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary due to customs or courier delays outside our control. Orders above £50 GBP qualify for free shipping; orders below this amount are charged shipping as shown at checkout.

5. Sizing

Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. We’re glad to help you pick a size over WhatsApp before you buy — this is the best way to avoid needing an exchange later.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Once an order is placed, it can only be returned if the item is defective, damaged, or genuinely different from what was ordered — we do not accept returns for any other reason. Approved returns are refunded as store credit (a coupon for a future purchase on this website), never as a cash or original-payment-method refund. Exchanges (for example, a different size) can be arranged, but the customer pays the shipping cost for the exchange. Our full Return & Refund Policy is available here and forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product photography, logos, and text — belongs to NextDenim and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

NextDenim is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or its products, beyond the value of the order in question.
